[…] When designing the apartments of the building it was an important consideration that most of the flats should have a terrace facing the Lake Balaton. Only a handful of smaller apartments were built facing the Rákóczi street.
Accessing the garden or the lake as well as reaching the wellness area on the ground floor is possible via a wooden paved pathway running directly from the public areas. Most apartments’ living rooms have a covered, wood-panelled terrace with glass walls (~designed as a winter garden). Most terraces are equipped with a 2.1 m x 2.1 m hot-tub and garden furniture. All apartments have their own paved parking spot, some of them (14) are within the property, while the others, following an agreement with the city council, can be provided at the opposite side of the land, in Rákóczi street. Bicycle storage space is provided for all apartments within the property.
The building is equipped with an intelligent home system, for example, the temperature and other parameters of the apartments can be set from far away, so when the guests arrive, the desired comfort awaits them. The house is heated, and hot water is produced using geothermal energy, without the use of piped gas.
